ZieKeji provides AI-related products and services, including but not limited to:
- AIGC Router - AI model routing proxy service
- AIGC Designer - AI design tools
- AIGCloud - Cloud service platform
- AIGConvert - Document format conversion service
- AIGC Researcher - AI research assistant
- CopiBot - Local AI Agent platform
- Other AI products and services we provide
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Registration and Use
2.1 Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information
- You are responsible for protecting your account password and all activities under your account
2.2 Account Security
- If you discover that your account has been compromised or has security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately
- We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to properly protect your account information
- We have the right to suspend or terminate accounts when we suspect security risks
3. User Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or government requirements
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others
- Post, transmit any illegal, harmful, false, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene content
- Generate or spread false information, rumors, or engage in online fraud
- Attempt to crack, decompile, or reverse engineer our software or services
- Use automated tools to access, crawl, or abuse our services in bulk
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of services or other users' normal use
- Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violation Handling: If you violate the above provisions, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, delete relevant content, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability. You shall bear all consequences caused by your violations.

The intellectual property ownership of content generated through our services (such as AI-generated text, images, etc.) follows these principles:
- You retain ownership of your original input content (prompts, uploaded files, etc.)
- The intellectual property ownership of generated content may be affected by applicable laws, and we recommend consulting professional legal advice
- We reserve the right to use your input content to improve our services, but will not disclose your personal identity information
5. Service Fees and Payment
5.1 Fee Description
- Some services may be provided free of charge, while others require payment
- We have the right to adjust service prices at any time, and price changes will be announced on the website
- Specific pricing is subject to what is displayed on each product page or order page
5.2 Refund Policy
- Virtual goods (API credits, membership services, etc.) are generally non-refundable once purchased
- If the service cannot be provided normally due to our reasons, we will refund on a pro-rata basis for unused portions
- Fees paid for accounts terminated due to user violations will not be refunded
Fee Disputes: If you have questions about fees, please contact us within 7 days of the fee being incurred. Failure to raise objections within the deadline will be deemed as your acceptance of the relevant fees.
6. Service Availability
6.1 Service Commitment
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the continuity and stability of services, but are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:
- System maintenance, upgrades, or bug fixes
- Force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, etc.)
- Issues with third-party service providers
- Infrastructure problems such as network failures, power outages
- User's own network or device issues
- Changes in laws and regulations or government actions
6.2 Data Backup
We recommend that you regularly back up important data. We are not responsible for any losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, etc., except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

- AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You should verify the accuracy and applicability of generated content yourself. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI-generated content.
- Services Provided "As Is": Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Third-Party Content: Services may contain links or content from third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content.
- Investment or Professional Advice: Our services do not provide investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You assume all risks for any decisions made based on service content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, etc.
- In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the service fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim event
- The above limitation of liability applies to claims based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal basis

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZieKeji and its employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, expenses, or damages arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your use of our services
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
10. Service Changes and Termination
10.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services at any time. Significant changes will be notified via in-app announcements or email. If you do not agree with the changes, you may choose to stop using the services.
10.2 Account Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time, after which you will not be able to access your account and related data
- If you seriously violate these Terms, we have the right to immediately terminate your account
- After account termination, the provisions of these Terms that should remain in effect shall continue to be effective
11. Dispute Resolution
The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of ZieKeji.
12. Other Terms
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it effective, and other provisions will continue to be effective.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the services indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right. Any waiver of rights must be in writing to be effective.
